Purchasing
How can I purchase a piece?
Some works are available as ready-made prints. Others are created on request. You can contact me via Instagram (@cynistershots) or email (info@cyncerely.me) to discuss availability and options.
Are all works available for direct order?
Not all pieces are available at all times. Some are limited editions, others are made to order. Feel free to ask about a specific work.
Where do I place my order?
Orders are discussed directly with me. For EU shipping, purchases are usually completed via Vinted for secure payment and protection.
Commissions
Do you accept commissions?
Yes. I accept commissions within my style and approach. Each custom piece starts with a short conversation to align expectations.
How does a custom order work?
We first discuss the idea, format and pricing. Once agreed, I begin the creation process. Updates can be shared during the process if requested.
What are the prices?
Paper-based commissions have fixed pricing based on size:
A5 – €25
A4 – €35
A3 – €45
Custom pieces and photos follow the same pricing structure for now.
3D print pricing will always be discussed in advance, this will depend on design, printing time and weight.
Shipping is not included.
Timeline & Payment
How long does it take to create a piece?
Timelines vary depending on the medium and complexity. This will always be discussed with the customer in advance.
Averages:
Paper-Based Art – approximately 1 week
Photo Prints – approximately 3 days
3D Works – approximately 1 week
Do you require a deposit?
For custom work, a deposit may be required before I begin. This will always be discussed clearly in advance.
Will I receive updates during the process?
Yes, if you would like updates, I can share progress at key stages of the creation.
Shipping & Delivery
EU Shipping
Do you ship within the EU?
Yes. Physical works are currently shipped within the EU.
Do you ship outside the EU?
At the moment I only ship physical works within the EU. This keeps shipping manageable and reliable.
Why do you use Vinted for EU orders?
For most EU orders I use Vinted. It offers secure payment, transparent pricing and strong buyer protection.
Ofcourse other options may be discussed.
Costs & Protection
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on size and destination. Exact pricing is shown during the Vinted checkout process, but the lowest will be around €1,50.
Is shipping insured?
Shipping through Vinted includes buyer protection. If a package will not get to its destination, Vinted will make sure that the problem will be resolved.
How are artworks packaged?
All works are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. Prints are protected with sturdy materials, fitted by their size.
Returns & Issues
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. We will resolve the issue through the shipping platform.
Do you accept returns?
Returns for ready-made works can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Are custom orders refundable?
Custom works are non-refundable once production has started.
Artwork, Editions & Usage
Originals & Prints
Are the works originals or prints?
Some works are originals, others are high-quality prints of my original designs. The product description will always clarify this.
Are your 3D works handmade?
Yes. Each 3D piece is designed, printed and finished by me.
What materials do you use?
Materials vary depending on the medium, but I focus on high quality papers, professional printing and durable finishing methods.
Limited Editions
Are some works released as limited editions?
Yes. Selected pieces are released in limited editions.
How many pieces are available per edition?

Paper-Based Art is released in fixed editions based on size:
A5 – 50 pieces
A4 – 25 pieces
A3 – 10 pieces
All prints are numbered, signed and include a certificate of authenticity.
Custom paper-based works are one of a kind. Only one physical piece will be created per custom design.
3D works are currently not released in limited editions unless stated otherwise.
Will limited editions be restocked?
Once a limited edition is sold out, it will not be reproduced in the same format.
Copyright & Watermarks
Why is there a watermark on the website?
All artworks shown online include a watermark for protection.
Will purchased prints include a watermark?
No. Purchased prints are delivered clean and professionally finished.
Can I reproduce or use your work commercially?
All designs remain my intellectual property. The physical artwork or print is yours, but the design itself stays mine.
Commercial use is not allowed by default. If you would like to use a design commercially, usage rights can be transferred for an additional €25. In that case, I will no longer use the design commercially, but I reserve the right to show the design in my portfolio.
Whenever possible, clear credit as the creator is appreciated, especially when the work is shared online.
